Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth and secure attractive prices.
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure successful partnerships and maximize revenue.
  • Provide staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales performance.
  • Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure Defenzelite's offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior and client needs.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition, with excellent networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
