Key Highlights:
- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and expand client base
- Eligible to work on complete sales cycle including generating cold calls for payment collection
- IDentify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
Skill Requirements:
- Client-centric mindset with ability to understand and address client needs
- Innovative and proactive in identifying market trends and business opportunities
- Adaptable and results-oriented with focus on continuous improvement
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in risk management engineering services or B2B industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Estimated Salary: ₹45 Lakhs - ₹60 Lakhs per annum depending on location and experience
