HSO is seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Expert to lead the data migration projects for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration, ETL processes, and technical consulting within the ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical teams to design, develop, and execute data migration strategies.
Develop and implement data migration scripts and ETL processes using ADF and other relevant tools.
Utilize X++ programming to customize and extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in relation to data entities and data management frameworks.
Create and optimize MS SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration process.
Lead a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in data migration, ETL processes, and technical consulting within the ERP domain.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Proficiency in X++ programming and working with data entities in D365 F&O.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other ETL tools.
Advanced skills in writing and optimizing MS SQL queries.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or data management are a plus.
