Microbiologist Fresher Position We are looking for a fresher in Microbiology to join our Quality Control Laboratory. The candidate will support routine microbiological testing and ensure product quality as per regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform Gram Staining techniques for microbial identification under supervision • Conduct routine environmental monitoring, settle plates, active air sampling, surface swabs, and personnel monitoring in classified cleanrooms and aseptic processing areas • Assist in sampling and microbiological analysis of Raw Water, Purified Water, and water for Injection as per standard procedures • Prepare microbiological culture media including slants, broths, and plates, ensuring proper sterilization and documentation • Monitor media consumption and inventory • Operate and maintain basic microbiology instruments including Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow unit, Biosafety Cabinet, Analytical Balance, pH meter, BOD Incubator, and Bacteriological Incubator • Accurately record all microbiological activities in logbooks, batch records, and electronic systems as per Good Documentation Practices Qualifications: • B Sc or M Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Environment: Work Location: In person
