We are seeking a highly skilled Data SME to join our team at People First Consultants. As a Data SME, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Support the preparation of datasets for advanced analytics
  • Create dashboards from operations performed on SQL data tables
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Develop deep-rooted knowledge of and expertise in the product vertical
  • Mentor new analysts with research requests, establishing processes to bring them to scale
  • Make high-quality presentations for leadership consumption

Requirements:

  • Business analytics graduate with 2 years of experience in business data analysis and governance
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders directly
  • Exposure to Google environment would be an added advantage
  • Experience of tools used in statistical analysis and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Intermediate skills on SQL usage (should be familiar with JOINS, GROUP BY, Indexing)
  • Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be a quick learner
  • Basic knowledge on scripting languages like Python, Apps Script is a plus
