Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Publicis Groupe. This role will play a pivotal part in building a full Performance picture across the organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Performance Media Industry and be able to identify opportunities for our content to stay ahead of the curve. The successful Content Strategist will curate performance content, including sourcing, writing, and editing articles on multiple Performance Marketing topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring that product, promotional, informational, and thought leadership content is presented in an effective manner, in line with brand guidelines and industry trends.
  • Assisting with building the Performics Hub by gathering and archiving performance-related materials.
  • Streamlining information requests and our responses to the markets.
  • Contributing to the Global Performance Marketing Community on our internal Marcel platform by helping source and QA articles from across the business.
  • Helping to build a content calendar and a pipeline for the Global Performance Marketing Community.
  • Contributing to the revamp of our external website by updating copy on Performance BU and offering.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Global Performance team to ensure the content being created aligns with market requests and business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the Performance Media Industry and related sub-sectors.
  • Excellent written English and editing skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
  • Experience in transforming complex topics or content into easy-to-digest and understandable content formats.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in content/copy-writing.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to content producers/writers.
  • Previous experience creating and managing content calendars.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with content teams and stakeholders of different levels across the Groupe.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum.

This salary range is based on industry standards for a Content Strategist in a similar role within the Performance Media Industry. It takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
