Strategic Advisor

The Strategic Advisor serves as a trusted advisor and executive support specialist for the Managing Director of an organization. This highly skilled individual will provide expert-level support in various aspects, including strategic planning, project management, and external relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director on key initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director's office and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, donors, and board members.
  • Prepare high-quality written communications, including reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries for the Managing Director.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing compelling narratives and developing effective presentations.
