Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Strategist Lead to join our team at Fresh Gravity. In this role, you will be responsible for leading master data strategy engagements with clients, working closely with senior IT, digital and business leaders to develop strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
As a Data Management Strategist Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Leading master data strategy engagements with clients to develop strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
  2. Working closely with client stakeholders to understand their current state, master data requirements, gaps and pain points.
  3. Developing MDM and Data Governance strategies that align with business objectives and advising on MDM architecture / implementation paradigms.
  4. Designing and developing MDM solutions for clients across all master data domains using industry-leading tools.
  5. Communicating project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  6. Designing, proposing, engineering and executing data transformation and integration activities with client and partner teammates.
  7. Conducting review sessions and getting signoffs from client stakeholder teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  1. Solid understanding of Master Data Management Architecture Methodology BIC Tools.
  2. Solid understanding of Data Governance Models and Methodologies.
  3. Solid understanding of integration patterns and arch principles (both application integration and data integration).
  4. Solid understanding of data products and platforms (like DataBricks Snowflake etc).
  5. Solid understanding of Data Modeling Ontologies Taxonomies Metadata Management.
  6. Ability to understand current business processes around data management in an organization and provide technical and functional roadmap to address pain points.
  7. Solid understanding of Program Management especially in context of phasing in MDM and EAI roadmaps.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages.
