About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at Tata Motors. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including SCM teams, sales heads, and product development teams
  • Provide market insights and trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payment from customers and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with customer requirements and preferences, identifying opportunities to improve products and services

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • A proactive approach to sales, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
