Senior Data Engineer Lead

LTIMindtree is a leading IT services company with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer/Lead Data Engineer to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, leveraging your expertise in data engineering to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support our clients' business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Leverage your experience in relational and non-relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL technologies to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows/pipelines on large volumes of data to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data systems, with expertise in Python, SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP/AEP), and automated unit/integration test frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical thought process, with the ability to interpret findings and make data-driven recommendations.
- A competitive salary range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
