Role Overview

The Visual Solutions Executive will play a key role in defining and documenting project requirements, user experience, and interface vision, while recommending strategically sound solutions to meet clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and technical project teams to develop and implement project requirements and user experience/interface vision.
  • Conceptualize and produce digital and print assets for internal and external business functions, including infographics, data visualization, and comprehensive visual materials.
  • Translate data and articles into compelling visual materials that influence customer engagement.
  • Support product-based initiatives, including marketing collateral, social media infographics, whitepapers, brochures, and onscreen presentations.
  • Design event branding and materials, including save-the-dates, invites, emailers, backdrops, banners, and dockets.
  • Develop external and internal communications assets, including HR initiatives, Outlook newsletters, farewell videos and cards, illustrations, caricatures, and PDF forms.

Brand Unity and Compliance

  • Ensure brand unity and content compliance as the brand custodian.
  • Responsible for upholding brand, style, and template guidelines, and communicating any deviations to team leads, coordinators, and clients.
  • Manage brand adherence requests and assist colleagues in improving the quality of their business documents.
  • Improve post-production workflow and asset management systems to increase productivity, communication, and efficiency.

Designing Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in graphic design production.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with high aesthetic value for design.
  • Ability to work with brand, creative, and technical project teams to develop and implement project requirements and user experience/interface vision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with designers and executives in different regions.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Staying up to date with new trends and advancements in the design and communication industry.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of using Adobe software, including Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in animation, video editing, photography/videography using Premiere and After Effects.
