About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Associate Transfer Analyst to join our Stock Transfer Team at IG Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of stock transfer cases, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Stock Transfers: Efficiently manage the transfer of assets in and out of internal systems.
- Client Communication: Proactively follow up with clients and brokers on transfer cases through calls and emails.
- Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of instructions in the systems to ensure accuracy.
- System Management: Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information.
- Escalation Handling: Manage escalations from clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all stock transfer processes meet regulatory requirements.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in working with stock broking companies. Familiarity with the risks associated with Stock Transfers and knowledge on regulatory requirements related to stock transfer will be a plus. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work with a great deal of attention to detail, and be willing to work in any shift.
