Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk to consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
  • Manage daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and booking rooms for visitors.
  • Develop and motivate the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Address any matter that may affect the interests of the hotel and bring it to the attention of the Management.

Requirements:

  • Hotel Management Graduates or Diploma holders with equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience or freshers.
