Job Summary

At Indian Rozgar, we are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, identifying and prospecting new customers, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
  2. Identify and prospect new customers, as well as maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  3. Conduct market research to understand competitors and customer needs.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports for management.
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage and track inventory levels to meet demand and avoid stockouts.
  9. Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  10. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
