Salary and Benefits

In addition to a attractive base salary of ₹50 lakhs per annum, you can expect to earn an estimated variable pay component of up to ₹20 lakhs annually, making the total compensation package around ₹70 lakhs per year.

Job Description

As a Senior Regulatory Advisor, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives to drive divisional growth and optimize business outcomes through the expansion of service offerings.

You will work closely with our team of experts to develop new products within the regulatory division, proactively manage client relationships, and engage with promoters and senior management portfolios to align objectives and deliver exceptional service.

You will also be responsible for managing the quality of clients' deliverables, including opinions on various matters under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI Laws, advise relating to FDI investment regulations, and more.
