Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in handling Trade Promotion Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and customers
  • Analyze pre and post-event activities to identify areas of improvement and determine opportunities for growth
  • Validate trade deductions and create/modifying promotions and rebates
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems
  • Take proactive measures to address interpersonal conflicts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in deductions and claims process
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
