- Sales and Business Growth:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the region.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Product Knowledge:
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of Sonal Panel products and services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
- Client Servicing:
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and related activities.
- Proven sales experience of 2 to 4 years in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Sonal Panel products and industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
