We are seeking a highly skilled FinOps Risk Expert to join our team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, synchronizing, and managing critical processes in the O2C lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement standard operation procedure changes, coordinating with operational managers on implementation.
- Review and dive deep on write-off processes to implement changes.
- Act as a controllership ambassador for AWS and other GAR channels, performing process self-inspections.
- Coordinate with controllers and compliance teams to ensure process improvements and automation opportunities are identified and implemented.
- Ensure company-established policies and procedures are followed, and staff is adequately trained.
- Collaborate with external upstream Amazon organizations and interact with senior management to resolve complex issues.
- Act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new team members and support their development.
- Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
The team works flexible hours, approximately 1 PM to 10 PM, with the option to adjust by +2 hours. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND.
Basic Qualifications- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies or other related areas.
- 6+ years of finance, tax, or a related analytical field experience.
- 3+ years of experience in process and risk audits, both financial and non-financial.
- 4+ years of experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult and super complex issues.
- Ability to take responsibility for making difficult decisions, taking calculated risks, and experimenting with new approaches.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proven instances in identifying and driving process improvements and operational efficiency projects.
- Ability to learn and develop processes from scratch.
- Post-graduation or a Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and QuickSight.
- Advanced MS Office user, specifically MS Excel/Access/Macros & Word.
- Experience of Oracle/Oracle Receivables.
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables.
