Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive our sales efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and preparing business proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Extract and compile data through various online platforms.
    • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
  • Proposals and Documentation:
    • Prepare tailored business proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals that align with customer needs and company goals.
  • Outbound Calling:
    • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
    • Effectively communicate the company's offerings to potential clients and address their initial queries.
  • Market Research:
    • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities.
    • Stay updated on competitor activities and offerings in the IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions domain.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Act as a bridge between the sales team and prospective clients by providing all necessary information.
    • Assist in creating strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into opportunities.
    • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospective clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Minimum Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in online research and data extraction through various tools.
    • Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred).
    • Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Experience:
    • Freshers are welcome to apply.
    • Candidates with prior experience in pre-sales or lead generation will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
