Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive our sales efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and preparing business proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Extract and compile data through various online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
- Proposals and Documentation:
- Prepare tailored business proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals that align with customer needs and company goals.
- Outbound Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Effectively communicate the company's offerings to potential clients and address their initial queries.
- Market Research:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and offerings in the IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions domain.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and prospective clients by providing all necessary information.
- Assist in creating strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospective clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in online research and data extraction through various tools.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred).
- Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in pre-sales or lead generation will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
