Job Description

We are seeking a technically sound Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating our organization's ideas and products to customers, kindling their interest in buying them. Your daily work may involve:

  • In-depth understanding of our products and solutions
  • Interactions with technical decision-makers to understand client requirements
  • Mapping client requirements with our solutions and creating technical proposals
  • Creating engaging product presentations and defending our products with technical decision-makers
  • Evaluating RFPs and Tenders, preparing technical compliance documents, and competitor analysis

Your primary goal will be to position and defend our products and solutions with technical decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A BE/BTech background
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confident, out-of-the-box thinking, and ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • 3-6 years of experience in tendering and solutioning roles for B2B technology companies, preferably in the IoT or software domain
  • Prior experience in product development, management, operations, or deployment in the B2B domain
  • Ability to handle customer-facing technical interactions and presentations
  • Capability to respond to complex technical questions while thinking on your feet
  • Willingness to travel at short notice
