Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive at UB Heritage in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will assist in sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales:
    • Support sales teams in lead generation and follow-ups to close deals and onboard customers.
    • Develop and deliver persuasive client presentations and pitches to secure sales.
    • Regularly update CRM systems, sales records, and documentation to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
    • Create and present sales MIS reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Expand the customer base through targeted calling and referrals, building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Foster and grow partnerships with channel partners, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Marketing:
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial projects.
    • Collaborate with external agencies to develop and implement Social Media Marketing (SMM) and other content strategies.
    • Update marketing materials, including brochures and website content, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
    • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase properties and engage potential customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate; mandatory 3 years in real estate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati; strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with numbers in the real estate market and basic regulations.
  • Personal Attributes: Eager to learn and grow; presentable and confident; results-driven and target-oriented; strong networking and interpersonal skills; adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
