Accounting and Financial Management Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Manage all vendor invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll, ensure accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and provide regular financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, develop risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively with stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
