Senior Data Analysts drive business decisions through transformative data insights.

We seek detail-oriented professionals to play pivotal roles in understanding complex domains, leveraging technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize structured and unstructured datasets for analysis, uncovering trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify opportunities for growth, optimize processes, and inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making across management and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions that address key pain points.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Manage and optimize databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity, supporting data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets), with experience in working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) to ensure data integrity and support scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred) to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured mindset, able to approach complex problems from multiple angles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and industry context, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a sense of ownership and responsibility, driving results-oriented initiatives.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms, with a desire to leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant coursework and training.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
