Role Overview

As the Mobile Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire mobile app development process for Naamly, from understanding business needs to rolling out updates while maintaining high-quality production and project deadlines.

Your typical week will involve:

  • Reviewing and understanding new business needs and estimating their impact
  • Sharing feedback with stakeholders and assessing the impact of changes
  • Fixing bugs, developing new capabilities, and following sprint process and architecture guidelines
  • Managing workload, activities, and tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Demonstrating progress, challenges, and learnings with stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Experience in hybrid mobile development across iOS and Android
  • Experience in building hybrid mobile application frameworks: Cordova, Ionic (Angular 12+), Capacitor
  • Good knowledge in Swift/Objective-C SDKs, Cordova/Capacitor Plugins framework, Native Features Push Notifications
  • Experience in working with REST services, Firebase
  • Hands-on experience in app deployment (Both App & Play store)
  • Ability to quickly design, prototype, and follow architecture guidelines
  • Nice to have - Full Stack frontend developer preferred including HTML5
