Job Description
  • Manage Sales Team

You will lead a team of automobile sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

Set Sales Targets and Strategies

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Train and Motivate Sales Team Members

Create and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, motivating team members to consistently perform at their best.

Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance

Regularly review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback to drive results.

Cultivate Customer Relationships

Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying new leads and opportunities to drive business growth.
