Hotel Sales and Reservation Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies.
  • Provide accurate information on hotel services, amenities, and policies to guests.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for guest requirements and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
  • Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and respond timely to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and online travel agency platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused with ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
