We are seeking an accomplished Prominent Ad Operations Specialist to spearhead the development and optimization of our AdOps Department. This strategic position will oversee the management of ad inventory, provide accurate impression forecasts for sales teams, monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum delivery, and supply timely reports to advertisers.

The Job: Ad Operations Team Lead

  • Ad Inventory Management: Maintain precise documentation on fill rates, campaign availability, and other crucial metrics to ensure data accuracy.
  • Campaign Optimization: Proactively review campaigns to identify potential issues and make adjustments to maximize impressions delivered and revenue.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee two direct reports responsible for executing daily campaigns, setting up new initiatives, and ensuring podcaster deliverables are met.
  • Catalog Maintenance: Update network catalogs monthly to provide stakeholders with current information on podcasts and impression counts.
  • Client Communication: Serve as primary contact for advertisers throughout Megaphone-related campaigns, providing updates, recommendations, and final reporting.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Collaborate with vendors like Megaphone and Flight Path to optimize processes and drive results.
  • Process Development: Work closely with the COO to standardize procedures and create SOPs for efficient team member onboarding.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 90% of campaigns meet or exceed scheduled impression targets.
  • Inventory documentation remains accurate at all times.
  • Reports are sent within five days of campaign completion.
  • New podcasters' first five campaigns consistently meet impression targets.
  • Client inquiries receive prompt responses within one business day.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in AdOps roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the podcast industry.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday until at least 3 PM ET.
  • Megaphone experience is highly desirable, but candidates with similar platform experience may also be considered.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in working with numbers, data, spreadsheets, and charts.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficient task management, planning, and prioritization.
  • Effective Communication: Clear writing, articulate communication, and attention to detail.
  • Leadership Abilities: Coaches team members, prepares them for future roles, and fosters a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
