Strategic Workforce Pay and Rewards Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Workday Compensation and payroll modules to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our compensation, advanced compensation, and payroll solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organisation and market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for time and attendance solutions, aligned with company objectives and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in time and attendance and scheduling domains.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritise product features and enhancements accordingly.
- Feature Prioritisation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise product features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and ensure the quality and reliability of the product.
- Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and features to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
- Training and Documentation: Consult with Process design teams to develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support product adoption and usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product features and enhancements to continuously improve customer satisfaction and product success.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We require:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any related field.
- 5-6 years' experience as a Product Manager, Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, HR tech, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll.
- Able to act as a leader for Agile development teams and facilitate Scrum methods.
- Develop business cases and proposals for process automation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Possession of JIRA and Workday experience.
