Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at HCLTech. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Lead the design and development of innovative supply chain solutions that address complex business challenges, including process optimization, technology innovation, and the implementation of best practices.
  • Core Competencies: Expertise and experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including order management & fulfillment, demand and supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and returns management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, developing tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from initial response to final selection and handover to delivery, ensuring each response is delivered on time.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize available information and process knowledge, market research to analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement, generating insights and recommendations for innovative solutions.
  • Technology Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in supply chain management, evaluating and proposing relevant technologies to enhance client's supply chain capabilities and performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and propose key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on solution design and implementation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
