About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Arts Facilitator to join our team at TalentGum, a leading e-learning platform dedicated to transforming the scope of extra-curricular education globally.

TalentGum offers a unique opportunity to teach children from diverse backgrounds through expert-curated live-online courses. As an Arts Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating a fun and creative learning environment that maximizes the growth and development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging arts-based lessons for students aged 4-14
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Conduct demo sessions with students and ensure successful conversions
  • Provide group and private lessons as required
Requirements:
  • Formal education in Arts (Painting/Drawing/Sketching)
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience in teaching arts
  • Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits:

The salary offered is competitive and based on performance. The estimated monthly salary is ₹30,000 - ₹60,000, depending on the number of sessions conducted and qualifications.
