About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and take their career to the next level. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. This includes market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales forecasting. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
* Track and analyze sales metrics
* Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in promoting and selling high-end properties
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (plus)
* Previous experience in the real estate industry

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
