Role Overview

This role, reporting to the Risk COE lead, is responsible for producing global risk reports, including reconciliations and analysis, insurance claim filing, analysis of financial and risk statements. The successful candidate will work closely with risk, delta, credit, and insurance teams to understand and develop new reports and enhance existing reports in Tableau, support SLAs for key deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build working relationships with front office traders and finance partner teams to ensure accurate commercial position reporting.
  • Perform reconciliations from source systems to Bunge's position reporting system Delta, investigate material differences, and book/upload manual adjustments as needed.
  • Support the insurance team with administrative tasks, including premium allocations, invoices, and move work from SRS.
  • Conduct annual and monthly credit reviews of low dollar limits and master data finance approvals for non-commodity vendors.
  • Develop risk reports using Tableau, summarizing key positions by VC and at more granular levels, working across various commodities and markets.
  • Coach trainees and newcomers on company and department activities and produce documentation according to internal and external policies.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge in finance, market risk, and trading concepts, including commodity futures, basis price, fixed price position, hedging, and trading.
  • Experience in accounting and finance reconciliation, issue investigation, coordination with stakeholders, and follow-through to issue resolution and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions on reconciliation and analysis with key stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under time pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with experience in managing people and processes through sustained periods of change.
  • Excellent computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Education and Experience

  • University degree (Graduation, MBA, CMA, or CA)
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, risk, credit, preferably in the Ag industry

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Shared Services Centre setup
  • Experience in processing high volumes of transactions
  • Experience in Tableau
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and soft skills
  • Working exposure in the commodity industry
