Dear Professional,

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Vault Technical Specialist to join our team at Compliance Group Inc.

Job Description:


Collaborate with business users to develop and implement processes and procedures for the Veeva Vault System.


Ensure the security and control procedures of the system are implemented and maintained.


Serve as a subject matter expert in recommending enhancements to the technical function and business utility of the Vault.


Work closely with business partners to resolve issues and communicate resolutions.


Interact with business analysts for requirement gathering and provide effort estimation.


Possess expertise in life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.


Familiarity with project metrics reporting and dashboards is required.


Provide post-go-live administrative support for the analysis and deployment of new product releases.


Maintain production and sandbox environments.


Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers.


Willingness and ability to work with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.


Strong organization, planning, and time management skills, including experience in leading and managing projects.


Must-Have Skills:


Experienced in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva Products, preferably in Veeva Clinical, Vault eTMF, Vault EDC, Vault CTMS, Site Connect, and Study Startup.


Experience with large project management and implementations, with cloud implementations being a plus.


Migration, Agile experience, and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira.


Scrum master certification is a plus.


Experience working with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders at varying levels within an organization.


Experience working in the Life Sciences industry or regulated environments is a plus.
