Job Opportunity

The Assistant Placement Manager will be responsible for identifying placement opportunities for students in the IT sector and ensuring they meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with organizations to secure urban placement opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate with students according to company requirements and associate them with relevant job profiles.
  • Establish relationships with HR professionals and directors at companies to discuss manpower needs and potential placements.
  • Oversee placement procedures and maintain records of placed students.
  • Develop business strategies to generate revenue through student placements.
  • Manage documentation related to pre-placement and post-placement activities.
  • Maintain an updated database of students.
  • Provide students with information on available job openings after receiving requirements from clients.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Regularly communicate with branch managers and trainers.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in student placement within the skilling/training/educational sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and persistence.
  • Good knowledge of corporate networks and relations.
  • A strong inclination towards social welfare and a desire to support marginalized communities.
