Responsibilities

Our Sales Development Representative will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify and prospect for qualified leads. They will utilize various channels such as email, phone, and social media to connect with potential customers. The ideal candidate will effectively qualify leads through needs discovery conversations to understand their challenges and pain points. They will develop strong communication skills to present product features and benefits compellingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting in-depth research to identify and prospect for qualified leads
  2. Utilizing various channels such as email, phone, and social media to connect with potential customers
  3. Effectively qualifying leads through needs discovery conversations to understand their challenges and pain points
  4. Developing strong communication skills to present product features and benefits compellingly
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. They will have strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
