Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This role involves delivering high-quality human resources operational support across the entire employee lifecycle. The position serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely administrative support to employees and managers.

The specialist will be responsible for managing a range of HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, data reporting, and compliance.

Specific duties include:

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and secure employee files (both digital and physical)

• Managing documents such as contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records

• Preparing new hire paperwork and overseeing offboarding logistics, including final settlements and record archiving

• Coordinating end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations

• Acting as the go-to person for payroll across India, coordinating with external providers and internal teams

• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll, salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes, reconciling discrepancies and staying updated on payroll legislation

• Administering employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.) and tracking absences, PTOs, and vacation days

• Overseeing the company's HRIS platform, ensuring clean data, strong system integrity, and optimized usage

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, with a solid background in payroll processing and management

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work discreetly and confidentially with sensitive information

• Proficiency in using digital tools and software applications
