About the Role

R1 RCM is a leading provider of revenue cycle management services, and we are seeking a talented Senior Learning Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs on a variety of topics, including leadership development, communication skills, and technical skills.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop training content that is relevant and engaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality training services are provided.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in a training and development role, with a focus on program management and training delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
