Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the design and development of Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling financial institutions to become digital leaders by leveraging their expertise in CRM systems, software development, and project management.

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to craft and implement complex CRM solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Cultivate innovative approaches to solve problems and overcome challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Evaluate multiple implementation options and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems and services.
  • Utilize programming languages like C# and JavaScript to write clean, efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in the CRM system to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, project management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Azure, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a banking or finance environment.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
