About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an IT Contract Staffing Sales Director. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the IT contract staffing sector for Hyderabad.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition:
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of IT contract staffing solutions, developing strategies to penetrate key accounts and establish business relationships with decision-makers.
  • Build a pipeline of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients, maintaining detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on new business acquisition, owning the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain a Strong Understanding of the Market:
  • Research the IT staffing market to understand current trends, client demands, and competitor offerings, providing feedback to improve service offerings and client experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 8 - 12+ years of total experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years specifically in IT contract staffing in Hyderabad.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the IT contract staffing landscape, including pricing models, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and ownership.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track and manage the sales process.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹30-₹50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.
