Job SummaryThis role involves leading the contracting process post-customer contract handover to execution, supporting post-sales contractual requirements during implementation, and ensuring e2e contract alignment. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in contract governance, contract management, and Excel-based reporting.
The salary for this position is approximately $125,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Contracting Process: Post-customer contract handover to execution, support post-sales contractual requirements during implementation, and ensure e2e contract alignment.
- Coordinate contract drafting/preparation/updating and negotiations, ensuring e2e contract alignment.
- Resolution of contractual differences and contract development during the whole contract lifecycle.
- Create Contract Abstractions and gap analysis/comparative studies.
- Manage risk exposure and trade-off list during contract negotiations and proper sync with all internal stakeholders.
- 12+ years of experience in contract governance, contract management, and related fields.
- Strong knowledge of contract summarization, analysis, and negotiation.
- Experience in IT/ITES industry background.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
