Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative functions across offices and branches.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support, managing office interiors, and maintaining records.

- Provide administrative assistance to offices and branches nationwide.
- Liaise with architects to ensure seamless integration of office designs.
- Update and maintain administrative-related management information systems.
- Establish effective communication channels with government agencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to gain insights into administrative requirements.
- Renew contracts for equipment such as air conditioning, facilities administration, and other essential services.
- Maintain fire safety systems, including fire extinguishers, water sprinklers, and fire alarms.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees through third-party vendors.
- Audit and maintain records of assets, implementing tagging systems.
- Allocate mobile devices and SIM cards according to company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including repairs and maintenance activities.
- Organize staff events, parties, and conferences.
- Ensure timely submission of shop and establishment applications and obtain certificates within the stipulated timeframe.
- Renew lease agreements and contracts before expiry dates.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities necessary.
Solid knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices essential.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
Sound analytical and decision-making skills required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
