Key Responsibilities:
  • Converting leads into sales or admissions with effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collections from existing clients through timely payment and debt management strategies.
  • Retention strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Upselling and cross-selling experience to increase revenue growth.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi language to interact with diverse customers.
  • B2C client handling with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Making follow-up calls and sending regular updates on ongoing projects.
  • Ensuring timely payments and collections from customers through efficient account management.
  • Customer interaction via email and phone with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Encouraging timely debt payments through strategic collection efforts.
  • Processing payments and refunds while maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting on collection activity to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with Sales and Accounts teams regarding payment and work status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales industry with 3+ years of experience in full sales cycle management.
  • Demonstrated sales success with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • CRM experience preferred but not essential.
Package:

The estimated salary for this role is between ₹4,00,000 to ₹4,50,000 per annum.
