Blockchain Staffing Ninja seeks a skilled Senior Web3 Blockchain Project Lead to spearhead our Web3 development initiatives.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the planning and execution of our Web3 projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, milestones, and technical requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, designers, clients, and blockchain experts, to align project goals and expectations.
  • Blockchain Architecture Design: Work closely with blockchain architects and developers to design scalable and secure blockchain solutions.
  • Smart Contract Development: Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts, ensuring security best practices are followed.
  • Decentralized Application (dApp) Development: Manage the development lifecycle of decentralized applications, from ideation and design to implementation and deployment on blockchain networks.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of blockchain solutions.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Considerations: Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies, ensuring project compliance.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the Web3 space, experimenting with new tools and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Web3 development and project management.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and tokenomics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Scrum.
