Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling consultations to facilitate the sales process.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by presenting insurance and mutual fund products to potential clients.
- Goal Achievement: Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Any Graduate or a related field is preferred.
