About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are designed and executed to meet their optimal capabilities. This involves continually improving process capabilities, line capacity, and feasibility of new projects.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and optimize line layouts and ergonomics to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Participate in resolving customer quality complaints and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and experience with process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality Planning: Develop and implement plans for new product development, including feasibility studies, process design, and tooling procurement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  • Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Plan, procure, install, and commission new equipment and machines to support production needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
