To achieve our goal of making great healthcare accessible, we need an efficient purchasing process.

The key responsibilities include procurement and sourcing, vendor management, purchase operations, cost optimization, compliance and documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Identify, evaluate and select suppliers/vendors for raw materials, machinery spares, consumables and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms and payment conditions with vendors.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies and approvals.

We are looking for a strong negotiator with knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Supply Chain/Engineering/Management and 2-5 years of experience in procurement/purchase in a manufacturing/industrial setup.

Key Requirements:

  • Purchasing Expertise: Strong negotiation skills, procurement process knowledge and ability to identify potential risks.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
  • Purchase Operations: Ability to issue Purchase Orders, manage inventory and optimize costs.
