Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager - Influencer Marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and establish relationships with potential brands, agencies, and businesses that can benefit from influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by selling influencer marketing solutions.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and developing customized influencer marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and pitch campaign ideas, coordinate with the execution team, and ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables for influencer marketing campaigns with both influencers and clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new marketing strategies in influencer marketing to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with post-campaign reports detailing the impact of the influencer campaign.
  • Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, resulting in renewals and upselling opportunities for future services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, influencer marketing.
  • A strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc), and digital marketing trends.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and influencers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
