Role: Gilead Account Manager / Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing Entrusted Clients: Responsible for servicing entrusted clients in the Biotech vertical, specifically Gilead.
- Account Management: Will work with 1-3 accounts based on level of experience.
- Strategy Implementation: Define and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to the MSP/VMS for the Gilead Account.
- Client Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients and help them fill their contingent staffing needs and contribute to their growth.
- Process Tracking and Review: Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive metrics in the direction of business goals.
- Staffing Expertise: Well-versed in staffing for the Biotech industry.
- Interaction and Communication: Constant interaction with clients, MSPs, and VMS resources.
- Resource Alignment: Understand the skills, strengths, and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions.
- Team Coaching: Coach & mentor teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters.
- Recruitment Life Cycle: Knowledgeable regarding the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Independence and Self-Starter: Must be independent and a self-starter.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in Recruitment Delivery, Account Management, Account Growth, and success for the Gilead account.
- Candidate Requirements: At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Account Management or as a recruitment lead for Gilead.
- Leadership and Networking: Proven leadership and relationship-building skills (networking).
- Business Acumen: Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically.
- Ethical Conduct: Adherence to Ethical Business Conduct.
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Required.
Position Logistics:
- This is a full-time position.
- Located out of Mohali Office.
- Will be working US PST Shift 9:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. IST.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
