Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Mid-Day.

About the Role

This is a key position that will be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring analytics, and collaborating with the team to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Create high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our audience
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve performance
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in managing social media campaigns and teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
