Performance-Driven Digital Advertising Specialist

We're on the hunt for a highly analytical and creative individual to manage our Facebook and Instagram ad spend. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about data-driven decision making, has a keen eye for what makes an ad stand out, and can adapt quickly to new challenges.

This position involves managing and optimising monthly ad budgets on Facebook and Instagram, building and scaling full-funnel campaigns using real strategy, and leveraging spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Spend Management: Manage and optimize ad spend each month on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns that drive real results.
  • Data Analysis: Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Ad Creative Development: Lead the development of compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Content Writing: Craft clear and concise ad copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
